Goals

I'm finally done with School!!! :) (for the semester!) 

That being said I decided to take the summer off because I feel that my health
and my life are more important at this moment then finishing school!
This summer I plan to truly educate myself and put to practice the things I have been learning and would 
like to still learn about eating healthy and pushing myself to a healthier lifestyle.

We all know that I have struggled or complained about my weight a lot in last year... well
I know that I am the only one that can help myself to make my life all that I want it to be.

I am reading Unlimited by Jillian Michaels right now (I plan to read a lot this summer), and
it is about how to achieve your true inner goals and how to figure out
what your goals are.
I have a hard time knowing what it is I want to do, which effects my drive in life... you have
to have a main goal or at least something you want to accomplish long
term in order to live your life fully.
If any of you have heard of The Secret it's a movie that goes into detail about how to train your 
brain and your thoughts in order to get what you want.  Unlimited reminds me a lot of 
the movie.

I encourage all of you to sit down and figure out what all your goals are and what you want to accomplish short term and long term, that's what I will be doing during this summer!
