I've been faced with some difficult moments in my life the last couple of weeks and they are based on negative thoughts and feelings... I'm not really sure where these things come from except that something in my mind tells me that i'm not good enough or that i can't accomplish something that i want so bad...

I feel like i'm surrounded by happy people and sometimes can't find that extra boast of happiness that i love so much!
Posting positive quotes all around me has been helping a ton! Just writing stuff on note cards and putting them in places that are easy to look at when i start having negative thoughts or hanging them on my walls at home.. it is actually kind of fun to do this.

I just gotta find that right balance of positive and negative emotions in my life!
If anyone has any suggestions on what they might do or thoughts on things that might help me i would appreciate your input! :)
