
I feel like i'm surrounded by happy people and sometimes can't find that extra boast of happiness that i love so much!
Posting positive quotes all around me has been helping a ton! Just writing stuff on note cards and putting them in places that are easy to look at when i start having negative thoughts or hanging them on my walls at home.. it is actually kind of fun to do this.

I just gotta find that right balance of positive and negative emotions in my life!
If anyone has any suggestions on what they might do or thoughts on things that might help me i would appreciate your input! :)
I love you. Perhaps volunteer with someone less fortunate than you. That opened my eyes to an undeniable inner joy and love for others as well as myself. You are worthy of love.
ReplyDeleteI am most negative when I am overwhelmed with things I need to do or should be doing. Clear your plate. Allow yourself to finish some of the things that weigh heavy on you but do them one at a time. Sometimes writing them down and putting them in order helps especially if you pick one out at a time and commit to finishing it. Then stop, take a deep breath, look outside your box and realize how beautiful life is. Good luck sweetie!
