BACK ON TRACK.

So i've been faced with the hard decision of how am i going to Lose Weight... i know, i know... its a question most people ask themselves lately.. i've been really struggling with being overweight lately because i can tell my body does not like it. I've been wanting to be healthier and get myself in shape for my own safety not because i think im fat or anything i just need to be a healthier person!

So i did it!!!! Today i signed back up for Weight Watchers Online... :)




I started weight watchers back in Feb and i did pretty well for about a month and then i had a lotta things going on in my life and i got off track some so i just quit and didn't wanna waste my time and money on something that i wasn't 100 percent committed to, so now i HAVE to be 100 percent committed to being healthier and eating better! I also just wanna feel better! I know the reason i've felt so crappy lately is because of the foods i eat.. they aren't doing anything for me but draggin me down!




I'm really excited to be committed to this and if anyone has any thoughts or comments for me or on weight watchers i would love to hear about them cause i am determined to succeed! :) I need all the support i can get!!!! :D
