
I've been really trying to enjoy the simplicity of life lately..
Sometimes we can get so overwhelmed and caught up in our everyday life that we forget to take time to just relax and breath... it really does feel GOOD! I'm the kind of person who gets stressed really easily and if i dont stop and relax for a moment or two during my day i will break down.
Things i do to relax: Sit outside on the porch(or in the hammock), let my mind wander, read a book, go for a run/ workout, write in my journal my thoughts for the day, have a cup of coffee, those are just a few things i do... it can be fun to just set time aside for yourself each day, life CAN be VEry overwhelming at times and we need the escape to refresh our souls!
Food is also a big factor in the way our day goes... the better foods you eat, the better you will feel throughout your day!
I'm so in love with life, i can't help but be excited to see what each day brings and to just try and enjoy every moment!!! :D
